Quantumshield™ Polyurea Coating

Quantumshield™ is a state of the art, high performance, two component, aromatic polyurea-hybrid elastomeric coating that is great for the packaging industry by providing a barrier of protection between the product and surfaces that can damage them. It can be applied to foam, steel, wood, and plastic surfaces providing a flexible, yet tough barrier from moisture, chemicals, and acids. Quantumshield™ is currently specified on multiple OEM racking prints from multiple industry leaders including: GM, Chrysler, Ford, Honda, BMW, and Toyota.

Quantumshield Polyurea Coating

Quantumtape™

Polyurea coated tape with acrylic adhesive backing

Quantumtape™ has an adhesive backing that is protected by a red film liner and is ready for a quick, neat application. No more drilling, riveting, or welding plates or corner covers into place. You just need to peel and stick. Quantumtape™ has immediate handling strength to speed installation.

Polyfoam Tape

Polyurea coated polyethylene foam with acrylic adhesive

Polyfoam Tape is a sister product to Quantumtape™. It has the same polyurea top coat and acrylic backing, but at 1/16″ thick. It provides more cushion on contact.

PE Tape

Polyurea coated polythylene foam with rubber based adhesive

PE Tape has the same characteristics as Polyfoam tape, except the rubber based adhesive allows it to stick to plastic.

Quantumfoam™ Pads

Polyurea coated XLPE pads with acrylic adhesive

Aristo Industries has the ability to put acrylic adhesive over larger Cross-link foam pads for heavy-duty applications. If you need to add padding or size to current dunnage, our Quantumfoad™ Pads have the ability to stick to other Cross-link foam dunnage.

Applications:

  • A wide variety of sizes and densities, it can be customized for your needs
  • Is great if you want larger pads for nest layers cushion
  • Great for other uses outsides of racks such as contact areas within manufacturing plants.
  • Densities up to 9# foam
  • Thickness from 0.125″ to 4”
